Our financial protocols are designed to balance project commitment with client flexibility, ensuring fairness throughout the architectural journey.
Project Cancellation
- 1Phase 01: Pre-Approval — Cancellations following the discovery session but prior to final design sanctioning will result in a non-refundable booking fee to cover initial architectural planning.
- 2Phase 02: Post-Sanction — Cancellation after design approval but prior to material procurement allows for a 50% refund of the project value paid to date.
- 3Phase 03: Production — Once procurement or site production has initiated, resources are committed and no further refunds or cancellations are applicable.
Refund Settlement
- 1Eligible settlements are processed within a standard 15-20 business day window from the date of official cancellation confirmation.
- 2All refunds are routed via the original transaction channel to ensure financial security.
- 3Post-handover issues are governed by our 5-year assurance protocol (Warranty) and do not fall under the refund framework.
Scope Modifications
- 1Significant alterations to the approved design brief may be treated as a new project scope, requiring a revised technical proposal.
- 2Minor structural or aesthetic modifications can be accommodated, with associated cost and timeline adjustments agreed upon in writing prior to execution.
